| Can you walk me through a typical Verification Process? |

Lets say for instance you purchase our recommended
Multi-seal package, you will instantly be emailed a user name and password to your new verification control panel. Once you have logged in you will follow our step-by-step verification process including:
Support Email you will enter your support email and our system will email a verification link that you click on.
Support Phone you will enter in your support phone and our automation service will call you instantly and give you instructions to follow.
Business Address enter your business address in the fields provided (Also have P.O. Box Option) and then we give you two options:
1. Fax in a invoice or bill with your business name and address.
2. Receive a postcard through the US Postal Service. On average this option takes 3-7 business day in the US and 7-14 business days outside the US. The post card will have a verification code for you to enter in your control panel when received.
Management Address and Phone For our internal purposes we need to verify an address and secondary phone that we can get a hold of you with. The management address and secondary phone are not displayed on your trust seal certificates.
Seal Header You may choose what you would like on your seal header e.g. YourSite.com this may be up to 20 characters long.
Privacy Policy Verification As part of the verification process, we review your privacy policy to make sure that it contains important criteria in order to protect your customer's privacy. If you currently don't have a policy, or if your current policy is old or outdated, as a member of Trust Guard, you get full access to our Professional Privacy Policy Creator (a $97 value).
Security Verification We go through your shopping cart check out process and make sure that your process is secure and that you have a SSL certificate that is enabled and up-to-date.
PCI Scanning PCI Scanning will begin once you have gone through the verification process and everything has been verified. If you would like to understand more about our PCI Scanning then visit our PCI Scanning page. |

Our Seals have been tested successfully on .htm, .html, .php, .asp, and .aspx file formats, and on both non-secure and secure pages. So we are confident that our seals will work with your site as well and if for some reason they don't we will find a way to make them work for you. |
