| How Long does it take before my Seal application is Approved? |

It depends on the type of seal you order, and the number of seals you order. We try to have your Seals to you within 1-2 business days. The process also requires you getting information to the Trust Guard verification team in a timely manner. To get all this information verified and to check on your status login to your control panel at Secure.trust-guard.com |
| How do I change or cancel my order? |

To change your order information or credit card information click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing, the order is no longer editable. If you need to edit or cancel your order once your order has begun processing, please use our easy "Contact Form" or call us at 1-877-848-2731. |

If you decide to cancel your order after 60 days, you will be refunded a prorated amount based on the number of days left before your next renewal date. If you can provide us with your split testing results and have purchased one of the Multi-Seal packages then you will be eligible for the 60 day double your money back guarantee if you cancel within your first 60 days.
